Saki
Born in Akyab, Burma, 1870–1916. H. H. Munro, as Saki, wrote cold Edwardian comic sketches. Tobermory, Sredni Vashtar and the Reginald tales puncture manners with a sudden bite. The English humorous short story still steals his timing and his cruelty.
