A Faraway World

Marquat is fourteen years old. He lives in Cardiff in a small apartment, not far from a beautiful park. The boy's parents come from Nigeria, but he thinks he is a real British. After all, his home is Wales, not Africa. This day is special for Marquat. He goes to a new school. He will meet new classmates and teachers. This is a very exciting moment for any child. The lessons begin at nine. But before this time the boy must take two little sisters to their schools. Marquat also helps his parents around the house. In his free time, the boy works in the store. He likes studying better. His father thinks that the son studies too much. It is better to make more money instead of lessons. Marguat does not want this. But he is only a child.
