Annie Driscoll buried her husband James two days ago. He died in a plane crash. Now it is difficult for her to come to terms with the death of her beloved one. They had a tradition that James would always call from a trip and tell her to kick her lover out of bed. It was always a joke. Two days pass. The phone rings and she hears the voice of her husband and their joke. Annie can't be wrong. James is a bit sad and confused. He says that he is at some station with many doors and people around choose which door to go into. James realizes that he is no more and he must go as well. He says words of love to his wife for the last time and warns her of two events that are about to happen. He does not know exactly when they happen because in his world time flows differently.
