A boy named Finn had been living by the sea all his life. He thought that he was no different from other children in the village. Once Finn realized he was wrong. That day began like any other identical days. The uncle called the boy to go fishing while Finn was having breakfast. Their house stood on the coast, in the middle of a black pebble beach. The weather was good: the sky was cloudless, and the sea was calm. But the storm was about to begin. Fishing was the main source of food for the family. Usually no one was fishing in the days before the storm, but the stock of fish in a small house was insufficient. Finn silently took the boots for fishing and went out after the uncle. The danger was serious, but they could obtain food only by their own labor. The little boat went out to the open sea.
