A swindler under the guise of an Indian medicine man named Waugh-Hoo arrives in Fisher Hill. He plans to sell a miracle cure. The label on the bottle says that Dr. Waugh-Hoo's potion can even bring the dead to life. But he doesn't sell much. It turns out that drugs can only be traded inder a license. The police forbid the sale without it. You need to get a license from the mayor. A day later, the mayor's servant comes to the healer. The mayor is very ill and needs a doctor. Waugh-Hoo agrees to help. After examination, the 'doctor' says that only hypnosis sessions will heal the patient. He asks for 250 dollars for them. It is easy money for a charlatan. A new scam is more profitable than selling drugs. Will everything go all right?
